The hotel's location proved advantageous. It allowed convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff members I interacted with were generally helpful and polite. The room was also clean upon arrival.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. The soundproofing was inadequate. Street noise was quite audible. The breakfast options seemed limited, lacking variety in the selection.

The staff were very helpful and cute to me. Excellent breakfast was available each morning. I enjoyed it. The hotel location was perfect. It allowed easy walking to many locations.
The room I stayed in was quite small. The lift was small and difficult to use. The entrance looked a bit unappealing to me.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. my room on the third floor had reliable hot water and functioning air conditioning. the single room provided was larger than expected. i appreciated the early check-in i received. It helped a lot.
I found google maps slightly inaccurate for locating the hotel. Clearer directions would be helpful.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast offered a very adequate start to the day. The hotel is located near several theaters and other attractions, so it was very easy to explore. The rooms had a cozy and really good standard.
The images might be quite misleading and the room smaller than expected. I'm not sure if i had the room i booked! though the location was perfect!

The staff were available, amiable and very helpful. They were really nice too ensure all needs were met. Their expertise and consideration greatly contributed to an enjoyable experience and i felt welcome.

My room was recently renovated and well-equipped, and super clean! It offered a comfortable space with great attention to detail. The bathrooms have been updated and the music channel on tv, was great!

attentive team staff stability thoughtful team
the reservations team is attentive and responsive. they are genuinely committed to meeting guests' needs. i appreciate the staff stability because it feels like coming home. irene and her restaurant team are thoughtful and discreet, taking time to connect with each guest individually.
the room was smaller than what i thought i booked and the images were a bit misleading. i paid ahead of my arrival and in my opinion this isn't good practice.

the hotel is near restaurants, cafes, and pubs which is convenient. oxford street, chinatown, and piccadilly circus are within walking distance. this makes it easy to explore popular areas.

breakfast offers much choice and the staff is friendly. i observed that the staff ensured all guests had everything they needed. i also noted the food looked fresh daily , made mornings nice.
